Narrative:

I was working everything combined in the tower; runway 15 operation. Snow removal operations were in progress. Taxiways were opening and closing due to snow removal with 50 percent of the movement areas closed. We decided to swap runways due to the wind change. Certain taxiways that were closed had a greater effect on the operation now than before due to the new runway selection. The taxiway that met the runway 33 full length (taxiway left) was closed but had no effect to the operation when we were on runway 15. It having no effect previously caused me to forget it was currently closed and I taxied aircraft X to runway 33 via full length on taxiway lima. When snow removal is in progress; I believe positions should not combined in the tower due to higher workload.
