Narrative:

Just after level off at cruise I was contacted via the cabin com by the a flight attendant. She stated there was a man down in the fwd galley and they were getting the aed when I replied 'male or female and approximate age'. The information was given to me and I informed her we would be on the ground in about 15 minutes. A pan pan pan call was made followed by advising ATC of the medical urgency. We initiated the decent and vectors toward the airport then flew an approach to landing uneventfully. Higher than 250kts was maintained below 10;000 feet with ATC's approval. Upon touch down I was informed by an rnp that was on the flight after about two minutes of the passenger being incoherent he came around and said do not use the aed on me my heart does not hurt. Paramedics had him removed from the flight.
