Narrative:

Practice lndgs, training, at approximately 50' AGL, over end of runway 16L. In landing confign, aircraft believed hit by windshear from right side of aircraft, causing left wing to drop violently, brushing ground, causing minor damage to left wing sail or fin. In correcting, right wing touched ground, marring paint. Added power, completed successful go around return to same runway for complete and safe landing. Type aircraft, light transport jet. No injuries. Minor damage to wingtip tank fins.

MINOR DAMAGE TO WINGTIP TANK FINS.
