Narrative:

I would like to report an anti-authority or discriminating ATC to prevent further possible incident or accident. I was instructing flight for commercial single engine airplane. Two pilots were on board one student and [myself the] instructor. We landed runway 25L lgb [and] we were number 2 traffic. There are 4 exits to taxi way F from runway 25L.we were on the ground roll after touch down. Almost passing F2 exit. We saw number one traffic was sitting there exit F2. Simultaneously tower controller told us to exit F2. I asked ATC we may need to take next exit because there's traffic. ATC suddenly got upset and instructed us to exit F2 because he knows number one traffic is going to move. After then we slowed down with full brakes and exit F2. When the time ATC told us to exit F2. There were traffic blocking the exit. Instead of he informs us that number one airplane will move. He got upset and said 'you should follow instruction I know that plane will move' we felt insulted this is not a first time. I assume it was same controller. Last time I was working on traffic pattern [for] 25L lgb. We were cleared for the option. We made short approach and then tower got upset again. Because we didn't ask for a short approach. I know cleared for the option means literally it's clears for any option. There's [a] flight operation in lgb and always make short approach on 25L and never seen them ask short approach or ATC get upset. I wonder this is some kind of anti-authority or discrimination against pilots who has [a foreign] accent on english language. This would causes possible incident or accident in the future due to anti authority or discriminating.
