Narrative:
Turbulence flight in IFR. Clearance for ILS 23R approach. Tuned in parallel ILS 23L localizer. Approach vectors to ILS 23R were given. I intercepted and flew in on 23L. Perhaps approach could have reconfirmed localizer frequency when they saw us go through the 23R localizer approach course. Factors: if I wasn't getting bumped around in moderate turbulence I probably would have been more attentive to the frequency.
