Narrative:
Mia ATIS reported ILS approachs in progress to 9L, 9R and 14 runways. There is no runway 14. One recommendation is a second tower person monitor the ATIS once when a new one is put on the air--just as a cockpit crew monitors each other's communications--to prevent errors.
