Narrative:

Used said aircraft for training and FAA check ride. The aircraft a.D.'south and various inspections may have been incomplete. The airworthiness was determined by interviewing the a.I. Who signed off all of the maintenance. This was brought to my attention by an FAA inspector, however all logs and sign-offs seemed to be in order.
