Narrative:

Pilot was conducting stall/spin/departure resistance training and encountered a cessna transiting the same airspace. Aircraft was operating 5 NM north of a vr route. ATC requested tail number. Aircraft was operating in this area to avoid tfr at NAS patuxent river. Flight visibility was over 50 miles and the I performed an evasive maneuver to avoid the conflicting aircraft.

Narrative: Pilot was conducting stall/spin/departure resistance training and encountered a Cessna transiting the same airspace. Aircraft was operating 5 NM north of a VR route.
