Narrative:

Engine 1; 2 fadec ground power switches were left on by maintenance. Both are guarded switches on the overhead panel which is not easily visible to either pilot. This was discovered during cruise flight. A message was relayed to [dispatch] which replied with the following 'maintenance left them on. Doesn't affect anything; as once engines are running; they power themselves. Maintenance will shut off on arrival. Thanks.' we also wrote it up when we blocked in.
