Narrative:

We received an APU fault light and loss of electrical power after engine start. While working with maintenance to troubleshoot the APU fault; we received notification of an APU fire from ground control. There were no fire indications in the APU fire handle. We accomplished the APU fire immediate action items and requested emergency fire support. The fire department arrived and sprayed the APU with foam. With the fire extinguished we taxied back to the gate.
