Narrative:

I departed runway xx and remained in the pattern. While in the pattern; I noticed another aircraft readying to depart runway yy. An aircraft departing runway yy flies over runway xx. When I noticed that aircraft readying for departure on runway yy; I think it distracted me. As a result; I neglected to extend the landing gear before landing. As I flared for landing on runway xx; the propeller struck the runway a few times. I closed the throttle and landed gear up rather than going around. We skidded to a stop and got out of the aircraft uninjured.

Narrative: I departed Runway XX and remained in the pattern. While in the pattern; I noticed another aircraft readying to depart Runway YY. An aircraft departing Runway YY flies over Runway XX. When I noticed that aircraft readying for departure on Runway YY; I think it distracted me. As a result; I neglected to extend the landing gear before landing.
