Narrative:

We were cleared the YV8C and from runway 01. Ground control told to now use runway 36R and the YV8A. We were cleared on the SID to yv then direct tgo. At no time were we told to fly anything else or did we acknowledge any change except the runway change and the different SID. All 4 of us are positive no other change was issued. As we started to make the turn to tgo after yv; control told us to fly 360 heading. We did; he then asked if we are flying our flight plan which we said yes until you gave us the heading. He said 'you're not flying the flight plan.' he thought we were cleared yv B334 kakat tgo. We were never given that clearance. He said our flight plan is wrong and should include after yv B 334.

Title: Air carrier crew reported that after departing PEK; Air Traffic Controller said they were not flying their flight plan even though they were flying what their PDC showed.
