Narrative:

When getting controller pilot datalink communication (cpdlc) clearance out of [departure airport] did not know we had a revised clearance. Because I did not see this is a revised clearance in message. I did not know that [there] was a change to load a new route. Sorry. So I told the captain we were cleared as filed. I accepted the clearance no message of a route change; just accepted a bad route. Also you cannot see what your route has changed to.

Original NASA ASRS Text

Title: B737 flight crew reported missing a revised route received via Controller Pilot Datalink Communications (CPDLC) due to a verbiage change. The old PDC via ACARS would state 'revised clearance' while the CPDLC states 'load new route' and was overlooked.
