Narrative:

Started takeoff roll; aircraft started to pull left; applied rh brake. Plane came back to center; applied more power; plane started a little right. Added some lh brake; then aircraft took off hard left. Applied full brakes and reverse but could not stop plane on runway. At the time I applied full brakes the plane was going about 30 knots. Both engines were off the start locks. Weather was VFR; slight cross wind from the left. I left skid marks on runway from center line to point leaving runway. Lh brake left larger skid marks than rh brake. Number 3 brake left little or no skid marks on runway.better brakes might help stop the plane as the pictures shows uneven braking. At times the brakes get glazed over and do not do as well as expected. [On an earlier departure] that morning the plane did pull right; then left; but never got more than a few feet off the centerline. Very easy to manage the takeoff roll.
