Narrative:

At FL370 the left engine bleed off light illuminated. Ran the QRH and shut off the left engine bleed valve and left a/C pack. After 15 minutes; cabin altitude climbed slightly so we requested and began descent to FL310. During descent the cabin alt warning horn and light came on. Donned oxygen masks and continued descent to 10;000. Cabin alt light extinguished around 11;000 feet. Continued to destination at 10;000 ft.engine bleed failure resulted in rising cabin altitude and need for descent and oxygen masks.
