Narrative:

I was landing ag small transport X on runway 36 at sgt. My tail was down and forward speed 20 mph when small aircraft Y pulled onto runway 18 and started to take off towards me. My aircraft is equipped with strobe lights and really easy to see. I think the other pilot, small aircraft Y, did not realize the ag aircraft traffic in the area. There were 6 ag aircraft working off the airport at the time. I think more work needs to be toward teaching pilots about ag plane activity, since ag aircraft do not have communication radios to communication with other aircraft.
