Narrative:

While doing practice ILS work at fnl (ft collins, loveland, co municipal airport) with a student, we were doing the runway 33 ILS. Unicom reported traffic using runway 15 because of wind direction 6 KTS from 180 degree. No other traffic was reporting. We reported procedure turn inbound, middle marker inbound and short final inbound. Still no other traffic reported. At circling minimums I decided to continue the practice approach until touchdown. No other traffic reported and no traffic was visible, even though visibility was virtually unlimited. We landed and were rolling out when another aircraft became visible on the runway coming at us. He had just landed. We rolled to our left as did the other pilot and we both stopped about 500' apart. After exiting the runway we talked with the other pilot and explained our dilemma. He said he had been announcing but had not heard us. We obviously did not hear or see him. Fortunately, there was not a serious problem but it scared the hell out of us. I will not take it for granted again that no one is there!

Title: ACFT ON PRACTICE ILS APCH AT UNCONTROLLED ARPT LANDS STRAIGHT IN. ON ROLLOUT ENCOUNTERS ACFT ON ROLLOUT OPPOSITE DIRECTION.

Narrative: WHILE DOING PRACTICE ILS WORK AT FNL (FT COLLINS, LOVELAND, CO MUNI ARPT) WITH A STUDENT, WE WERE DOING THE RWY 33 ILS. UNICOM REPORTED TFC USING RWY 15 BECAUSE OF WIND DIRECTION 6 KTS FROM 180 DEG. NO OTHER TFC WAS REPORTING. WE REPORTED PROC TURN INBND, MIDDLE MARKER INBND AND SHORT FINAL INBND. STILL NO OTHER TFC REPORTED. AT CIRCLING MINIMUMS I DECIDED TO CONTINUE THE PRACTICE APCH UNTIL TOUCHDOWN. NO OTHER TFC REPORTED AND NO TFC WAS VISIBLE, EVEN THOUGH VISIBILITY WAS VIRTUALLY UNLIMITED. WE LANDED AND WERE ROLLING OUT WHEN ANOTHER ACFT BECAME VISIBLE ON THE RWY COMING AT US. HE HAD JUST LANDED. WE ROLLED TO OUR LEFT AS DID THE OTHER PLT AND WE BOTH STOPPED ABOUT 500' APART. AFTER EXITING THE RWY WE TALKED WITH THE OTHER PLT AND EXPLAINED OUR DILEMMA.
