Narrative:
While on approach to a non-towered airport; the ca briefed the approach and chose to make a visual approach to runway 5 backed up with the ILS. The winds were reported at 180@4; so I agreed runway five was good. During approach I; as the pm; made position reports on the CTAF. While on the landing rollout; the ca opted to exit the runway at the end. As we approached the exit; we both realized there was a C172 holding short of the runway on our exit. This was at night. This aircraft was not talking on the radios. We then executed a 180 turn on the runway to back taxi the runway to exit. Once we were on the taxiway; we both realized there was a note on the 10-9 stating that aircraft over 60;000lbs are not authorized to make 180 turns on the runway. We were approximately 63;000lbs.
