Narrative:

At the completion of flight from sdf-cvg, the aircraft was being taxied in the ramp area to gate. The flight was the 4TH leg of the 1ST day of a 4-DAY trip. The 2ND of my 2 IOE's to complete initial copilot training. The aircraft was being taxied by the captain from the left seat. We turned left into the gate area and observed the usual vehicles parked to the right side of the ramp. Shortly thereafter, we heard the impact and stopped the aircraft. The right wing tip had struck the bucket of a deicing truck. It was determined that the vehicle had been parked slightly forward of its normal position. At first look everything appeared normal. The truck was only slightly out of position and the deviation wasn't at all apparent. Another costly lesson in outside vigilance during taxi.
