At the boston ARTCC despite frequent requests through my supervisor and our procedures office, the overhead controllers' charts at the following positions have been allowed to lapse out of date -- 2A: effective 9/thu/89 to 11/thu/89. 3A: effective 4/X/87. 15-a: effective 11/thu/89 to 1/fri/90. 17-D: effective 10/X/88 to 12/X/88. These charts are the only readily available source of specific information at these sectors and need to be updated and accurate for a safe operation.
