Narrative:

On exiting the end of runway 35L; one third into the turn I experienced a sudden wind change that caused my aircraft to slide sideways. Wind shear along with the water standing on the runway made it difficult to control the aircraft; resulting the propeller to strike 2 lights on the end of the runway 35L. In the future if I find myself in similar situations I will elect to hold and wait a bit longer to let wind shear clear of the airport and if I'm on the ground stop or taxi at a crawling pace.
