Narrative:

A citation jet had cancelled IFR about two minutes prior to the RA. I was the relief pilot. No one in the cockpit saw the traffic which was called out by approach. The citation pilot said he was VFR. We responded to the RA of 'level off' as the intruder passed underneath us; probably less than 500 ft. I did not see the pfd for the exact miss distance as I was looking out the first officer's window and did acquire the intruder as he passed underneath us.
