Narrative:

I had just finished receiving to position from the previous controller. Aircraft X was an overflight level at FL110. The data block started to flash MSAW with the next mia block which was FL115 less than a minute from enter it. I instructed aircraft X to climb to FL120 immediately. He started his climb and was at FL111 when he entered the mia block and about a minute later he was thru FL115.[this event] was a simple oversight.
