Trailing edge stuck during extension to 30 degrees. After parking noted that right-hand trailing edge flap track and fuselage fairing were damaged.

Narrative: TRAILING EDGE STUCK DURING EXTENSION TO 30 DEGS. AFTER PARKING NOTED THAT RIGHT-HAND TRAILING EDGE FLAP TRACK AND FUSELAGE FAIRING WERE DAMAGED.
