Narrative:

Moderate turbulence was reported by approach control below 6000 ft to landing along with wind shear +/-20kts on approach. Landing runway xyl wind reported by tower was 210 25g39kt after the 500ft call between 400-300 ft we had a momentary speed fluctuation to 158 kts with full flaps then immediately after the fluctuation we received alerted warning windshear then preformed the escape procedure per fom. On the missed; tower was vectoring us to the west for another approach to runway xyl. We declared min fuel and requested runway xyc. Landing fuel was at minimums. After landing; contacted maintenance to report the speed fluctuation and made an aml entry.
