Narrative:

Following a walk-around inspection at an intermediate stop in lincoln, northeast we departed and raised the landing gear with no abnormal indications. Selecting gear down during the before landing checklists, I the PNF, informed the captain that the right main gear indicated in transit. I proceeded with the emergency gear extension checklist which did not change the right gear status. At this time, the captain announced missed approach and during the next hour we proceeded with various methods to extend the right gear. This included a visibility inspection by myself from the rear cabin window and a fly-by of the tower of which they notified us of gear up and doors closed. We consulted the company maintenance personnel by radio. Attempts were made to extend by cycling the gear, with no results. The captain informed the tower we would make a gear up landing, declaring an emergency and requesting emergency equipment. Minimal damage to aircraft with no injuries to passenger or crew.
