Narrative:
At fl 350 the right engine rolled back. The appropriate enroute emergency procedures and quick reference handbook (QRH) procedures were conducted. The engine responded to throttle movement at FL245 and I leveled at FL240. An uneventful; overweight; 2 engine landing ensued.

Title: At FL350; Engine anti-ice turned off; Right Engine parameters rolled back; turned Engine anti-ice on; descended to FL250 and regained engine control.
Narrative: At FL 350 the right engine rolled back. The appropriate enroute emergency procedures and Quick Reference Handbook (QRH) procedures were conducted. The engine responded to throttle movement at FL245 and I leveled at FL240. An uneventful; overweight; 2 engine landing ensued.
