Narrative:

Using my ipad to research company information. It stopped responding and indicated 'loading.' never recovered. Tried hard re-boot of ipad - no help. After the hard re-boot I tried to open the app and it flashes a number of 'loading' screens then a login screen that; I believe; requires an apple account. Entered my apple account information and it rejects it. I checked the app versions and they both appear current. I had this same issue on a flight and had to remove apps plus disable the hotel wireless input and use the lte signal to re-load the apps and then 125 updates. Apparently this will be required again.
