Approximately 400 miles from ZZZ notified of ill passenger who was exhibiting symptoms of severe dehydration. Tended to by two doctors and flight attendant paramedic. [Advised ATC] and requested priority ATC handling. Landed uneventfully. Waited 5 minutes for ambulance/medics after block-in despite prior coordination.
