Narrative:

On my second solo. After practiced 3 touch and go with the instructor; instructor got off the plane. I took off; stayed in pattern; everything was perfect. On the final approach; the speed was 70 knots and flaps down. I pulled throttle same place as I have always done. The plane first touched the ground; had a little bounce but I felt normal and under control. When the plane settled to the ground again the nose went over and the prop hit the ground.
