I submitted a report which dealt with overtankering on airbus aircraft exceeding the max FOD (fuel on departure) guidelines.any performance or structural limiting weights and FOD limits must be protected by the margins listed in the fuel policy guidelines at dispatch home page > flight > fuel > fuel policy guidelines. Maximum FOD for [this aircraft] is 36000 pounds. Since my [previous] report submission was submitted 12 more of the same violations of policy/overtankering have occurred; including the same personnel included in the initial report; on the very same flight/city pair.
