Narrative:
On short final to runway 27R at kord; there is an led light advertisement sign. During nighttime operations; the light from this sign can be very bright; especially with mostly white light projecting from the sign. It was observed to be most prominent from the first officer's seat. Although our flight landed without incident; I believe it is a safety concern that needs to be addressed.
