Narrative:
After holding for WX minimums for an extended period of time, #1 for takeoff runway 30L, we were cleared for takeoff by the tower. I released the brakes and applied power to taxi onto the runway. With slightly less than maximum taxi power applied, the airplane would not move. We cancelled takeoff clearance and called company maintenance and operations on the radio. Maintenance found the right brakes seized. Supplemental information from acn 131593: in the course of adding power, debris was blown onto small aircraft and vehicles behind us, damaging some of those vehicles.

Title: ACR MLG UNABLE TO TAXI ONT RWY FOR TKOF DUE TO BRAKE SYSTEM FAILURE. JET BLAST DAMAGE TO VEHICLES AND ACFT BEHIND MLG DURING TAXI ATTEMPTS.
Narrative: AFTER HOLDING FOR WX MINIMUMS FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME, #1 FOR TKOF RWY 30L, WE WERE CLRED FOR TKOF BY THE TWR. I RELEASED THE BRAKES AND APPLIED PWR TO TAXI ONTO THE RWY. WITH SLIGHTLY LESS THAN MAX TAXI PWR APPLIED, THE AIRPLANE WOULD NOT MOVE. WE CANCELLED TKOF CLRNC AND CALLED COMPANY MAINT AND OPS ON THE RADIO. MAINT FOUND THE RIGHT BRAKES SEIZED. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 131593: IN THE COURSE OF ADDING PWR, DEBRIS WAS BLOWN ONTO SMA AND VEHICLES BEHIND US, DAMAGING SOME OF THOSE VEHICLES.
