Narrative:
Departing destin; fl. We got a release from eglin air force controller while on ground at destin. The controller asked if we can be airborne in 1 min. Or less; we accepted the release. The clearance to climb to 2000 right turn to 180; departing runway 14. I heard the controller tell another plane of our departure; after takeoff at 500 feet we see 2 military osprees flying in formation at about 1000 feet. Along coast line from east to west. Our TA was alerting us and we leveled off at about 500 feet over the water.
