Narrative:
[Weekday] evening while on active run way (03-21) after making all the calls from pre taxiing to entering runway and call for departing and was already rolling on runway 3 departing; aircraft Y which was taxing on (non-active runway 12-30) failed to stop and crossed runway 3-21 just few inches in-front of me causing me to pull up and missing collision. There were multiple witness during this incident of intersection runway incursion missed collision.
