Narrative:
Upon application of thrust for takeoff, the takeoff confign warning sounded and the takeoff was aborted after having rolled only a couple hundred feet down the runway. The cause of the warning was the flaps were not extended. The flaps were subsequently extended and the takeoff checklist completed and the takeoff made without further delay.

Title: MLG ON TKOF TOLL HAD TKOF CONFIGN WARNING. FLT CREW ABORTED TKOF. FLAPS HAD NOT BEEN SET.
Narrative: UPON APPLICATION OF THRUST FOR TKOF, THE TKOF CONFIGN WARNING SOUNDED AND THE TKOF WAS ABORTED AFTER HAVING ROLLED ONLY A COUPLE HUNDRED FEET DOWN THE RWY. THE CAUSE OF THE WARNING WAS THE FLAPS WERE NOT EXTENDED. THE FLAPS WERE SUBSEQUENTLY EXTENDED AND THE TKOF CHECKLIST COMPLETED AND THE TKOF MADE WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY.
