Narrative:

I was flying the aircraft on an ILS approach to runway 27 tallahassee and was behind the corrections commanded by the flight director, enough so that I initially flew 'raw data' and was working to get back to a full flight director approach. The corrections commanded by the flight director seemed sluggish but I also knew that I was compounding the problem. Always within 1 DOT but not stable. During the last 500' I also started to go high and slightly fast. 1 DOT and 15 KTS. During the correction the captain called the runway to the right. I knew that for my experience level in the aircraft we were out of limits and I stated that 'we should go around'. The captain said he had it and made a correction to the runway. Immediately prior to touchdown we were still drifting slightly left-to-right and he put in a final correction at touchdown which allowed the extended left landing light to touch the runway. The touchdown itself was smooth and the rollout normal. In hindsight, my 'go around' decision was right and my statement should have been a much more adamant command.

I KNEW THAT FOR MY EXPERIENCE LEVEL IN THE ACFT WE WERE OUT OF LIMITS AND I STATED THAT 'WE SHOULD GO AROUND'. THE CAPT SAID HE HAD IT AND MADE A CORRECTION TO THE RWY. IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO TOUCHDOWN WE WERE STILL DRIFTING SLIGHTLY LEFT-TO-RIGHT AND HE PUT IN A FINAL CORRECTION AT TOUCHDOWN WHICH ALLOWED THE EXTENDED LEFT LNDG LIGHT TO TOUCH THE RWY. THE TOUCHDOWN ITSELF WAS SMOOTH AND THE ROLLOUT NORMAL. IN HINDSIGHT, MY 'GO AROUND' DECISION WAS RIGHT AND MY STATEMENT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A MUCH MORE ADAMANT COMMAND.
