Narrative:
We were cleared to taxi to runway 33. Chief pilot (acting as copilot) was programming navigation management system due to clearance change. I left ramp area after start to reduce noise in ramp area (company policy). This area of airport ramp/txwys/runways is confusing because it is all paved. No clear taxi yellow centerlines were observed leaving FBO ramp. There were many areas marked with yellow stripes as non-moving areas. I did not see hold line until it passed under cockpit area. I stopped smoothly, parking with the hold line just aft of main gear under tail of aircraft. Ground control informed us that we had passed it. I acknowledged and told him we did not see it until on top of it. He said 'no problem'. No further instructions were given (see graphic). A check aircraft was observed flight checking the ILS (making a miss). No other traffic was observed.
