Narrative:

We were on right/V from cmh heading approximately 90 degrees passing through 10000'. Airspeed was accelerating to 330 KTS when we heard a noise that sounded as if it had come from the underside of the aircraft. All the cockpit indications appeared normal, and after the initial report there was no noise. On level off one of the cabin attendants came up and asked us if we heard the noise. We said that we did, and told them that we assumed some cargo had shifted in the belly. The flight was normal with a landing on 31 at lga. On his post-flight the F/east discovered that the access panel to the right pac was missing. Maintenance was notified and the aircraft was repaired at lga.
