Narrative:

Runway 9 takeoff from eyw, copilot flying. At 400' called flaps up, climb and checklist. Tower switched us to departure. Started a turn to 360 degrees and continued climb to 10000'. Checked in with departure and started reading checklist when an fgt appeared in my windshield from behind, about 200' above us. We were passing through 1300' and heading 030 degrees in a left turn. The fgt was 030 degrees in a right turn. Departure told us that navy tower had pointed us out twice and he had no-joyed both times.
