Narrative:
The lead F/a announced 'all passenger seated; all carry-on luggage stowed' prior to pushback from the gate at lga. The cockpit door was locked and pushback began. A passenger got up momentarily to put something in an overhead bin. A F/a asked the passenger to situation back down. An inspector from the FAA (ny flight standards district office) handed the lead F/a his business card at the termination of flight and which had this note written on it: '1 passenger was not seated during pushback at lga.'

Title: PASSENGER STANDS UP DURING PUSHBACK--FA ASKED HIM TO SIT DOWN.
Narrative: THE LEAD F/A ANNOUNCED 'ALL PAX SEATED; ALL CARRY-ON LUGGAGE STOWED' PRIOR TO PUSHBACK FROM THE GATE AT LGA. THE COCKPIT DOOR WAS LOCKED AND PUSHBACK BEGAN. A PAX GOT UP MOMENTARILY TO PUT SOMETHING IN AN OVERHEAD BIN. A F/A ASKED THE PAX TO SIT BACK DOWN. AN INSPECTOR FROM THE FAA (NY FLT STANDARDS DISTRICT OFFICE) HANDED THE LEAD F/A HIS BUSINESS CARD AT THE TERMINATION OF FLT AND WHICH HAD THIS NOTE WRITTEN ON IT: '1 PAX WAS NOT SEATED DURING PUSHBACK AT LGA.'
