Narrative:

On warrd 2 arrival into ewr, ZNY/TRACON told us to cross holey intersection at 9000 ft, cross robbinsville at 8000 ft. We set 8000 ft into altitude alerter, then crossed holey at 9000 ft and robbinsville at 8000 ft. After passing robbinsville and changing controllers, however, we noticed the arrival route (warrd 2) had a crossing restriction of 11000 ft at holey. We were now unsure if the controller made an error, or if we did, or if there was no error at all. ATC should not issue more than 1 crossing restriction at 1 time. We have only 1 altitude alerter and the distrs in the northeast corridor can easily cause a flight crew to forget/transpose numerous crossing restrictions.

Title: ACR MLG FLT CREW SUSPECTS THEY MIGHT HAVE MISSED A CROSSING RESTRICTION ON WARRD 2 STAR INTO EWR.

Narrative: ON WARRD 2 ARR INTO EWR, ZNY/TRACON TOLD US TO CROSS HOLEY INTXN AT 9000 FT, CROSS ROBBINSVILLE AT 8000 FT. WE SET 8000 FT INTO ALT ALERTER, THEN CROSSED HOLEY AT 9000 FT AND ROBBINSVILLE AT 8000 FT. AFTER PASSING ROBBINSVILLE AND CHANGING CTLRS, HOWEVER, WE NOTICED THE ARR ROUTE (WARRD 2) HAD A XING RESTRICTION OF 11000 FT AT HOLEY. WE WERE NOW UNSURE IF THE CTLR MADE AN ERROR, OR IF WE DID, OR IF THERE WAS NO ERROR AT ALL. ATC SHOULD NOT ISSUE MORE THAN 1 XING RESTRICTION AT 1 TIME. WE HAVE ONLY 1 ALT ALERTER AND THE DISTRS IN THE NE CORRIDOR CAN EASILY CAUSE A FLC TO FORGET/TRANSPOSE NUMEROUS XING RESTRICTIONS.
