Narrative:
Parallel runways separated by a parallel taxiway that is illuminated by green centerline lights. Was cleared for a rolling takeoff while still some distance from runway 27L. In my haste, I mistook green taxiway centerline lights for runway centerline lights and started to add takeoff power. Tower controller spotted problem immediately and cancelled takeoff clearance before aircraft accelerated more than 20-30 KTS.

Narrative: PARALLEL RWYS SEPARATED BY A PARALLEL TXWY THAT IS ILLUMINATED BY GREEN CENTERLINE LIGHTS. WAS CLRED FOR A ROLLING TKOF WHILE STILL SOME DISTANCE FROM RWY 27L. IN MY HASTE, I MISTOOK GREEN TXWY CENTERLINE LIGHTS FOR RWY CENTERLINE LIGHTS AND STARTED TO ADD TKOF PWR. TWR CTLR SPOTTED PROB IMMEDIATELY AND CANCELLED TKOF CLRNC BEFORE ACFT ACCELERATED MORE THAN 20-30 KTS.
