Narrative:

On the LINNK1 arrival to iah. We were direct to dento and [at] 3000 MSL and about 10 nm from dento we encountered wake turbulence. It was so bad the autopilot disengaged. The captain was guarding the controls and was able to regain control of the plane. I asked the controller what we were following and we were behind a B767-300. We reported the wake turbulence event to the controller. Encountering wake turbulence when following a heavy with more than standard separation.
