Narrative:

The aircraft pulled sharply to the left upon contact with the runway. Attempted to correct with right rudder and back pressure on the yoke; however the plane pulled sharply right. Correction with left rudder resulted in an even sharper turn to the left; and further attempts to straighten the plane increased its horizontal oscillation down the runway. The plane departed the runway to the left into the grass and rolled approximately 250 feet before stopping. The aircraft sustained no damage.
