Narrative:

Below 300 AGL; on ILS; the aural warning 'too low; gear' activated. We confirmed the gear was down and locked. (All three green). Flaps at 30. No EICAS message. I decided to execute a go-around. On downwind; no applicable checklist to review. We didn't find any other discrepancies: no circuit breakers popped or status message. The second approach and landing was uneventful... Discrepancy written in logbook.
