Narrative:

Left newark, ohio (2i8) going to muncie indiana (mie). Calculating an hour fuel left in both tanks. Planned on landing at darke county airport for fuel. Left engine ran out on about a 2 mi final for that runway. Fuel was unavailable at the time at newark, ohio. I had planned refueling there but according to my calculations I had approximately 1 hour fuel left in each tank. Left engine ran out 47 mins after takeoff on final to darke county. No damage to anything except my pride and reputation.
