Narrative:

I was on final approach to runway 25; aircraft in front of me was 100 feet AGL setting up to land on a street. The aircraft in front of me did not have the runway in sight; I started doing south turns to create space in between us. The aircraft realized he was not lined up with the runway and decided to go around; I then did a right 360 to prevent a midair collision. After completion of my 360 I made a straight in approach to land on runway 25.
