Narrative:

Main cabin door upper step (hinged) riser is found bent on occasion. Sometimes by crew members that cause flight schedule disruptions and others times by technicians during inspections. Step riser part number (P/north) 4419086-10 has been replaced 15 times in the past 365 days. When this riser bends it can cause a trip hazard; depending on the amount of bend and unleveling of the top step surface or when allowing the trim piece to stick out from its flush position. Recommend cessna engineering will need to improve the structure of the riser assembly to carry a higher load.
