Upon arrival; a baggage handler came to the cockpit and said none of the locking mechanisms to lock the cargo pallets/containers for either the forward or aft cargo were engaged (not locked) resulting in all the pallets/containers shifting/sliding.baggage handlers failed to do their job.

Narrative: Upon arrival; a baggage handler came to the cockpit and said NONE of the locking mechanisms to lock the cargo pallets/containers for either the forward or aft cargo were engaged (not locked) resulting in all the pallets/containers shifting/sliding.Baggage handlers failed to do their job.
